Interview
It was a 2-round interview. First round interview was with 2 interviewers. Second round was 3 one-to-one interviews on the same day. All interviews were competency based and check on banking knowledge. The interviewers are very friendly and helpful with my questions.
I had a good time on these interviews and glad to have an offer
There were several rounds of online assessments. Heard back weeks later with an email saying the vacancy has been filled, no feedback was given which is disappointing as so much effort was put in.
I took a phone interview for 30 mins. They asked me some competency based questions about team work and how to handle stress before presentations. They also raised some industrial insight questions about Fin-tech and Blockchain.

Interview
I don't remember how many steps I had to clear before the assessment day. I applied December 2018 they didn't get back to me until February 2019 for a short telephone interview then invite to assessment centre. The assessment centre was well organised and the staff were friendly. We had to do a case study then present out findings. Technical and Company based interviews and two very fun group exercises.
I really enjoyed the day, I felt the interviews were long enough to get "me" as a person and my passions across
