It was pretty simple, and straightforward. You have to pass 4 tests. Skill test in Java, and STL test. The HR team is very friendly. Everything is done online. The Java test was simple. You have to know algorithms, design patterns, data structures. STL tests are done by a partener company. They want to see your behavioral type.
