Interview
One of the poorest interview experiences I’ve ever had. I was contacted by phone for a CV talk through and then email to arrange a day and time the first interview. I had to chase the day before for the interview confirmation email with the Zoom link. This was sent to me at 8pm the night before.
It’s been 2 months since my second stage interview and I have not received any communication from the recruitment team to say whether I have been successful for the role or not. I contacted the recruiter, Colm, 2 weeks after my second stage interview to seek feedback and had no response. Clearly I have not been successful but I find it extremely poor that DB do not have the time to inform candidates they are unsuccessful after 2 rounds of interviews. I would also have appreciated feedback for future interviews.
I will not be applying for any future roles at this business nor would I recommend them to a friend.
