Not too difficult at all. It's a lot about being personable and showing the interviewers that you know what you're doing / showing your interest in finance as well. Even if you don't know the answer, if you can speak out your problem and they can give you hints.

Nach dem einreichen eines Bewerbungsschreibens und eines Lebenslaufes musste man zunächst einen online-Test absolvieren. Dieser hatte keine fachlichen Fragen gestellt sondern vielmehr abgefragt, wie man sich am Arbeitsplatz in bestimmten Situationen verhalten würde/sollte. Dieser Test war einfach zu bestehen und sollte insbesondere abfragen, ob man selbstständig arbeitet und Eigeninitiative zeigen möchte, oder nicht. Im Anschluss wurde ein Termin für ein Telefoninterview online vereinbart. Dieses ging ca. 40 minuten und war ein sehr angenehmes und freundliches Gespräch!
