DB interview team handled the whole hiring process in such a unprofessional way. I had my last round last week- wasting any potential hires time - I was strung along since Jan 24- close to 2 month - having 3 rounds of interview and at the end was told the rec was transferred to a Florida JAX team. The recruiter and the management guys need to seriously button up their process - this is just beyond shameful. DB needs to value someone's time and effort. I am glad that it didnt work out - It shows a lot about the firm and I don't want to be part of such a firm that doesn't treat the potential hires well and have total disregard for process and etiquette.
