I have made an online application through company's website and then got called via phone to a group interview. Although the setup seemed appropriate for an aggressive interview, it was not. I had a very comfortable interview. They asked a lot of behavioral questions plus some questions about markets, macroeconomy and some specific companies.

5 Interviews, first three each with two people from the team 4th and 5th with MDs. All where very friendly and I felt extremely comfortable with the team. Standard investment Banking / Markets questions (Accounting, Valuation methods, why Deutsche, etc.)

Interview
I sent an initiative application, did one short phone interview and was invited for a face to face interview in Frankfurt. Turned out to be one interview with two senior analysts. First half was about my resume and motivations, second half being an interactive case study. Took about an hour.
