I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank (Frankfurt am Main) in Feb 2021
Interview
I have undergone 4 rounds of interview, the interview seems simple to crack however for these 4 rounds I have to wait for 3 months.
Quite laid back attitude from HR personnel and hiring manager. There is no backup in place if one is on leave.
Result - Got shortlisted however declined the offer due to latency in the hiring process.
Detailed and technical questions were raises by interviewers. Long interviewer almost 1.5 hours each round. Throughout the Q&A, the insights and expectations were also good from them. Well need to prepare on real work life experience.
