Awful interview process. Had my first interview and they were against hiring someone with automation testing skills. Who in the world wants someone with only manual testing skills! I have never spoken to a more backward organisation in my 10+ years of experience. First place where my automation skills were a drawback! Funny enough, the actual JD said they were looking for someone with automation skills. Total timewaste. When I've asked for an update, no one replied back with a feedback or status. Im yet to to receive an update
