Put through 6 rounds of interviews for an AVP level role. Waste of time as each round was like a repeat of the prior round in terms of questions asked (just by different sector HR Business partners ), no debrief by HR recruiter before each round. Just endless requests for further interviews culminating in the
head of HR for location. At least 3 of the interviews felt like a repeated interrogation with interviewers having no prior knowledge of what was covered in the prior round.
