The first stage with the recruiter. After making me prepare so much and writing a motivation letter. I was told they are not able to file my highly skilled migrant visa because the minimum amount required outweighs the budget for the role. I went ahead to do my research and I sent to them that the assertion was not totally true. The recruiter has to confess that the bank is not willing to offer visa sponsorship at all.
Overall, it was a very smooth experience. What stood out to me was the flexibility in scheduling the interview—it really showed consideration for the candidate’s availability. The communication was clear at each stage, and I felt well-informed about the process, which made the experience even better.
