This role on their transformation team was to align initially with their AFC function, then broaden in scope as needs arose. I applied online and was contacted by their recruiter. I was told the process would be quick, since the HM moves quick. That was late Oct./early Nov. I then had a few rounds with the leadership team and AFC leadership.
Then I was ghosted. No communication whatsoever. Despite repeated attempts with the internal recruiter, I have not heard back from anyone. This, unfortunately, is not the first time they have treated me this way. They have a habit of acting unprofessionally and treating people disrespectfully. The role I applied to still shows as open and I am still being considered a candidate. This is the culture there. If you have other options, take the another option.
If this place is the only place giving you a chance, then just be warned about the terrible process and terrible way they will treat you.
