Muy largo. Diferentes departamentos te hacen diferentes pruebas (el puesto era externo). No obstante, las preguntas y el proceso es pertinente, no hay preguntas fuera de lugar típicas de recursos humanos.
Interview process was smooth. Problems started after.
Got shortlisted for a role for DB India. But the HR totally ruined the opportunity for me. They asked me to fill out a million forms. Made me submit all my personal documents. But when it came to offer they simply said they can't even match what I was making at the time. This was almost a month after I had submitted my payslips. They should have inquired about this before they began the interview process. The HR SPOC was slow, non responsive, disrespectful and highly unprofessional. They stopped responding when I asked them questions about my growth prospects, other employee benefits etc. Even though I was selected for the role by the panel, the pathetic HR team left me high and dry, wasting my efforts I had put in for the interviews. I am sure the hiring managers never get to know what exactly happens after they shortlist the candidates and why the latter don't join. The HR team must be feeding them stories showing the candidates in the poor light. Hope the word reaches them and they realise how their time too is being brutally wasted due to the inefficient HR team.
Management should audit the HR processes from time to time and investigate why a particular candidate wasn't sent the offer.
The HR team represents the company to the outside world. After this horrible experience with the HR team, I will not advise any of my references to join the bank even though my interviewers were nice and professional.

Interview
Interviewed on 29th July with German panel, was referred by consultancy for f2f interview.Cleared all the interview sent all the documents for offer release.Havent heard back still date ,stone cold silence.This is the second instance of such behaviour was selected in March and then no offer released.This is not acceptable behaviour candidate must be kept informed.Total waste of time
