Interview
After prescreening, 2 rounds of interviews - one with local management and one with the project experts. Prescreening was with HR on the phone. First round is about the general match with the team and the lead, second round is with the lead and the technical experts. The second one is more difficult, this is where the "exam" questions come up. The feedback arrived quite soon after the interview, within a week.
