Interview
During the interview process, I successfully completed two rounds of discussions. In the final round, I was informed that I had passed and should anticipate a final round of discussions. However, after this, there was complete silence. I followed up twice with the HR department within a week and was informed that they had changed their minds after initially indicating their intention to proceed with my candidacy.
If there is uncertainty in the hiring process, why provide false commitments during the interview?
