Very disappointing to see such a clueless HR / Talent acquisition team You get a screening call and then the HR ghosts you for 3 weeks or more. All of sudden the HR contacts again and schedules the rounds without even giving details about the type of rounds etc. You are expected to face the interview round without knowing anything about panel expectation apart from JD Lastly when you finish the round, the HR is least bothered to inform if you are through or not. I hope the organisation takes this seriously otherwise it will be wasting everyone’s time and efforts
