BS interview process. The coding online assessment was fair but the behavioral part is just time-consuming. They ask a dozen questions for which they each expect around 500 words. Like honestly, wtf are we doing here? I thought this was for a developer role, not for a ghostwriter. I guess they are too lazy to spend a few minutes on the phone to ask background questions. After I did that, there is a 1 hr online peer programming interview where you would do some frontend tasks. They used a buggy online tool to conduct it. It couldn't even show the interviewer the updates that I put in. Then there were some weird syntax errors. Half the time, I was refreshing the page and conversing with the interviewer on how to get the tool working. I wish I remembered the name of that tool. It was just a mess. They could definitely do a lot better with the interview process. Complete waste of time, wouldn't even consider it as interview practice.
