I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at DevRev in Nov 2022
Interview
The initial online assessment was hard (LC med-hard with hard mcq questions). The scheduling process was then a nightmare with them sending emails at 3 am rescheduling constantly. The next round was a behavioral call which was fine. Then they send a long survey (which will take you a week to work through). You can keep moving on with the next rounds while doing it which is nice but no company should make you write 3000 words like you are applying for colleges again. My next round was an interview with a software engineer who asked me to brute-force a common question. They had a very specific implementation in mind and rejected optimal and clever ideas till we got to a non-optimal solution (their idea). Got a rejection shortly after, no feedback when requested
