The selection is quite a lengthy process for sure but there is a clear reason behind it. I had around 5-6 rounds and a form to be filled. All the rounds were pretty straightforward and very conversational, not like typical interviews. I had a very comfortable and good experience.
P.S. you need to be very patient with the process.
