They had a bunch of students who didn't even show their faces for the interview. (it was a Google Meet call). It was through campus placements. It felt like they were unprepared and kept asking me to show my portfolio and explain my work process. In the end, one panelist showed me a video that they made, and I said "Oh, there must've been a team to make this video, right?" To which she replied "No, since we have a small team, all of the work- from the 3D model, motion graphics and sound design is done by one person" I was baffled. They are clearly understaffed but are giving huge packages for a single person. It would be helpful if it was divided among a team.
