A 5 stage remote interview process, spanning 8 weeks: screening call, technical, systems design, cultural fit, and peer interview. Communication and process length needs to be improved. Employee engagement and professional standards lacking: during technical interview, interviewer was engaging in a Slack conversation and not paying attention, during culture fit interview, interviewer was eating toast!
