HackerRank assessment, 2 Technical rounds
For an hackerRank assessment ,post that 2 Tech rounds were scheduled.
One was UI specific and other Problem solving specific.
Post that I got confirmation from recruiter that feedback for both the round is good provide time slots for managerial round.
Post that it got lingered on for 3 weeks as they justified it with some rally that was going on and 2 weeks post that, not an mail from the recruiter that we are settling up with lot of new hires so we are stopping on further rounds.
Even on reply on that to get any detailed feedback , I didn't get any reply from the recruiter.
Now after a month of the email another recruiter calls and wants to start the whole process again, which was a strict no from my end as post investing 6-7 hours you don't have clarity for hiring.
In description they talk about openness and other high value words for the organisation, that is totally useless.
