The initial interview via zoom was the weirdest interview I've ever had. There was no rational order, the interviewer just asked me to talk about myself, without any follow-up questions about what I actually did in every roll. For most of the interview the interviewer was distracted by his kids (which normally I wouldn't care about it), but also, he was very informal and unprofessional. After trying to scare me with the job's demands, he decided to send my resume to the CEO, with whom I had an interview a week later. After two weeks I got a call in which I've been told that if I accept all the terms we've discussed, I'll get contract within the next day. Two days later I still didn't get the contract so I asked what is going on, and then again, I was asked about the conditions, the work hours act., even though we already discussed it couple of times before. Then I was told that they see my hiring as a compromise, since I didn't have the exact experience they wanted (even though I have 3 years of experience in the relevant field), and that the salary will probably be a bit low for me. Still, I replied that I've thought this through and that I accept all the terms. Then I've been told that I'll get the contract a few days later. 30 minutes later, I got a WhatsApp massage saying that the position has been closed. When I replied that this is an unacceptable and unprofessional behavior, I got another massage saying "no one told you that you were hired, and the evidence is that you still didn't get the contract". So, if you got this far, you probably understand why I would NEVER recommend anyone to work in this company, and why I would never go there myself. *The silver lining- three weeks after that awful experience I found my dream job. In conclusion- never compromise!
