I had a standard phone interview with a nice recruiter and then an assignment at the company office. After the task (that took about three hours), they disappeared and I didn't hear back from them for over two weeks. At this point, I sent the recruiter an email and asked for some clarification, and then she called to inform me that they moved forward with other candidates.
