They schedule an interview and nobody shows up. In addition to that, nobody answers calls, ghosted on phone. If they were not interested they could have just canceled the interview or not schedule it in the first place. Incredibly unprofessional and too many red flags were already raised in the phone call when my interview was scheduled.
