Interview
I interviewed in late 2022. Interview was conducted through Zoom. The interviewer was extremely unprofessional, arrived late by 5~7 minutes, didn't bother apologizing. Didn't do even minimal preparation before the interview(didn't even bother to read my CV). The interviewer didn't care about the interview at all - he was playing a game or chatting with someone on his phone, by all the notification sounds I heard from his side. Questions were mostly basic bit operations related, some C and Linux knowledge. To top it all off the salary offer was 40% below market average for the same position(!) Overall the worst recruiting experience I have had to date.
