Pretty standard interview, lasted about and hour for the in person interview and had a 10 minute phone screen. They will have you go to their corporate office in OKC for the in person interview. The interview questions are all standard HR questions - benefits, employee relations, HRIS, etc.

I went through an agency and they set up the interview for me. Devon was one of their clients and they were looking for a coordinator, which suited my skill set. I did not try applying online and from what I heard, that does not get you very far. It's better to find some backdoor way into Oil and gas companies like Devon.
