This company Quickly responds. I was sent an assessment after interview. I did not move on to the next step of the process after submitting the assessment. The assessment did not seem hard. Seem like a good company to work for.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Devoted Health
Interview
I got in contact with a recruiter acting as a reference for a former coworker. At the end she mentioned another open position they had and after asking a few questions to learn about the position and company, I thought it seemed like a great fit.
I was able to quickly set up a video interview with the director who was very knowledgeable about the industry. I was impressed with the casual professionalism and the growth of the company thus far.
The next step was a video interview with an SVP and another manager within the department. Both of them displayed the same casual professionalism that initially drew my attention. They asked about my prior experience and how that would tie in to the current role.
Overall, this was a great experience!
Another thing that impressed me, was the responsiveness of the recruiter throughout the whole process, she was willing to answer any questions I had and even jumped on a call with me to go over some of the benefit related questions.
