Had a phone interview with a recruiter followed by a video interview with 2 supervisors. Both asked questions about my background and how I'd handle specific scenarios (like a difficult caller).
About a week later, the recruiter emailed to say the supervisors enjoyed meeting me and asked if I'd want to enroll in their next training class. I declined as I had a conflict. Then on my way home from a trip, I got an email from her telling me they are opening another class and if I could talk the next day. I declined as I had another conflict. Earlier this week, she emails me about another training class in September. I politely declined because I've been in healthcare for 5+ years and am looking to take on a supervisory role.
I've been in the workforce for many years and I've never had a recruiter follow up this much about the same position. Although I don't want to discount that the recruiter and supervisors were genuinely impressed with my qualifications, being emailed multiple times about the same position makes me think they have a lot of turnover and are struggling to hire people.
