I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dew Wealth Management (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2022
Interview
It was an extensive interview process, but overall very positive. Justin led the hiring process and was extremely communicative and thorough throughout the entire process. After applying online, I received an email asking me to submit a recorded video responding to questions. From there, I had to complete a personality exam and a comprehensive exam. I then did a zoom interview that lasted about 90 minutes and I was asked to send references. Although I didn't receive an offer, the entire process was very clear and the recruiter made it a priority to make sure that the company and position would be a good fit on both sides.
