2.) Take a 15-300 minute phone call with assistant recruiter
3.) Take (1) "cognitive assessment"(IQ test with different title for legal reasons) (2) technical assessment (FP quiz) (3) take personality test
4.) You are now a "finalist"* - Zoom call with lead recruiter
5.) Interview with senior FA you will work under
6.) Interview with Operator
