Interview
Quick and simple. This was one of the most enjoyable job interviews I have taken part in. The roughly one hour long interview was with the principal of the firm, and focused on having an engaged conversation rather than selling yourself or reviewing resume and portfolio. There wasn't necessarily the pressure that occurs in a lot of job interviews, because the interviewer was casual and engaged.

Question 1
She asked many questions, some typical questions like "why dewberry?" "Tell me about yourself" and asking about my interests, but the questions were mostly focused on genuinely getting to know me and my interests. She also really seemed to take the concept of an interview going both ways to heart.
