Let's start with the bad: The recruiter asked how much I make at my current role. There are so many things wrong with this question I don't know where to start. If something is illegal in some areas, there's a good chance it's unethical. I want to work for an employer that is ethical, has good values and treats its employees well, offering market or better than market pay without regard to gender, race, etc. No employer should perpetuate discrimination based on discrimination of the candidate's previous employer.
Another bad: "Supervisor" is in the title. Team Leader sounds better, less antiquated.
