Recruiters should not conduct a screening without first confirming times with candidates! You cannot simply call a candidate and expect to conduct a screening on the spot, candidates should be reached for scheduling before that, recruiting 101.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dexian
Interview
I do not recommend.
They send you an email, then a WhatsApp message, and send you tests. After passing those tests, they write via WhatsApp that they're going to schedule a technical interview (another one, after all tests and prior technical conversations), and then disappear.
This happened three times.
They have no consideration for the candidate or for people's expectations. Terrible. Don't waste your time.

They ask you about technologies related to the opportunity you applied for/they sent to you.
The interview was professional and well-structured, with clear communication and a positive atmosphere. The panel was engaging, asked insightful questions, and provided a good overall experience, making the interaction smooth and constructive.
