I applied online and received a quick response from the secretary to setup an online test. It was a difficult test filled with C++ "gotcha" questions, heavy in templates, and new C++ standard questions. I have know idea how well I did on the test, but they still followed up with an odd phone interview aimed only to find some small reason not to hire me.
