They contacted me within two weeks of my application. The first step was a skills test that I took online. You could choose to take it for C++ or C#. Questions were a mix of code analysis and definitions. Next was a phone interview, about 30 mins. The last round was an in person panal interview. It was about half and half technical and personality questions. After the interview they completed a background check and offered the position a few days after the in person interview.
