I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DiSTI (Orlando, FL) in Mar 2012

Interview

During the interview, I was in a conference room with HR, and two of the lead developers. the asked a few technical questions but were mostly interested in my side project I had developed (a simple 2D game). They were interested in how it was set up and I explained how it was broken down into base classes and inherited classes. Speaking passionately and conveying my enthusiasm was probably what got me through the interview stage.

The technical questions weren't as in depth as I expected they would be. Nothing to difficult about the interview. Be prepared to answer standard interview questions (describe a time you had a problem and how did you solve it, etc).
