I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Diamondback Energy (Midland, TX) in Jan 2023
Interview
Pretty straight forward on the experience questions. It’s been well over 6 years since I’ve interviewed anywhere and was caught off guard by the behavioral questions like “describe a time your core values were challenged and how you overcame them”, “describe a time you made a compromise to help the team reach its goal”.
