I said why would I need one? It's been over 3 months and I'm still being "interviewed" for "training purposes" and I still haven't received a straight answer. The only reason that I've been given is that they do sell Variable Annuities that require an SEC license. They appeared to be interested in my insurance licenses that do not require a FIN at first, but led me straight into Life Insurance Sales. I then find out that other types of insurance are sold only on a "referral" basis and that I do not qualify to earn for those sales unless I pay them. I'm not sure how they manage to make a variable annuity sale, after 3 months, nor where they get their clients for that product. I have a tendency to believe that they extract them from your contact list and the names of people that come to their employment events.
