      Supportive environment, but limited opportunities and low wages

      Pros

      Environment is supportive and inclusive. Managers are usually nice and team work is promoted.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities, low wages and despite all the talks about employee support- nothing practical is ever done. Company decisions are imposed without prior warnings and feedback from employees.

      Pressure-filled training environment with awkward tactics

      Training, able to ask questions

      Cons

      Too much pressure from trainers to contact in evenings when I was home from my other job. I was told it was remote but mandatory trainings on nights. Trainer went through my friends' social media pages to get names of spouses and such to help build my "training", pretty awkward. Rather than help prep for the practice test just gave me a tool to get the answer. I resigned after only a few days. Pressure to sell to my family and friends.
