Chaotic hiring process. I was approached by a recruiter for this position and decided to apply, 3 weeks afterwards I received a personal email from the hiring manager for a screening interview and gave him a few potential time slots for this short call. Never heard back. 8 weeks later I receive an automated rejection email.
