The interview process was disorganized; interviewers were not communicating with each other, leading to rounds and rounds of repetitive questions. In the same vein, the responsibilities and expectations for the role I was interviewing for was somehow ever-changing. From interview to interview, there was no cohesion. No high level, consolidated plan. Everyone had different ideas for what the role should entail. Finally, the nail in the coffin, was one interviewer who was so arrogant and disinterested that he was browsing the web the entire time he was interviewing me (he interviewed me twice and did the same thing twice). Absolutely exhausting and frustrating, especially as a woman of color.
