      Client Services Manager Interview

      Feb 8, 2013
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Austin, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Digital Cheetah (Austin, TX) in Jan 2013

      Interview

Three separate visits to their office over the course of 2.5 weeks. Nine total hours spent in their office and interviewed with 10 separate people (twice with the president). Mind you, this is a pretty small, and would assume nimble company. While the people to whom I spoke were nice, sincere and engaging, there's an obvious lack of clear direction & organization.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Good & engaging dialog in regards to previous management & leadership experience. None of the "explain a situation where you were frustrated at work" or "where do you see yourself in 5 years" filler.

      Client Services Manager Interview

      Anonymous employee
      Austin, TX
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Digital Cheetah (Austin, TX) in Jan 2015

      Interview

The entire interview process took more than 3 months. The first interview was almost 3 hours long because no one interviews candidates together, which would be much more efficient. You have to interview with one person at a time and answer the same questions over and over again. The time could be cut down if they would interview together. The second interview was much the same except this one was around the two hour mark. During this process, they also didn't mention the pay is monthly, which makes budgeting extremely difficult when your salary is small.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked a lot of situational questions - like give an example of when X happened and how did you handle it? Keep in mind, that I had to do this for about 6 different people over the course of the interviewing process.
