Interview
Sent email to follow up on application status. Received email response the next day to schedule interview. Went thru two half days of interviews (both days within the same week, Oct 2019). Was told by the President that it could be a week or two to schedule the final interview to meet the team, but to follow up with any questions or inquiries. I followed up a bit over a week later to inquire how process was going. No reply received. Only way of communication is email.

Interview
As mentioned in other interview reviews, the interview process did take several hours. However, as someone who has worked in the industry for a while, I recognized this as thoroughness and diligence on their part. I knew that the people I was meeting with valued their own time, and that told me that they are hiring for the long term, and it wouldn't be a churn and burn shop where I'd be a disposable resource.
The interview process was very conversational, and they were frank and honest when answering my questions.

No crazy left-field questions, they wanted to know about my experience, how I would handle certain tough situations, and what my processes would be for solving some challenges.
