i was made to go through a phone-interview, 2 rounds of in-person interviews. One with the technical team, and the next with the "co-founders" of the company, over a 3 week period. Only to find out that I might be a "contingent hire" based of a project being awarded. What a waste of my time. !! I felt deceived by their recruiter who said its a "full time" opportunity. and they were "not a staffing company",
