I had a recruiter phone screen, VP engineering 45-minute interview, and an hour long interview with the manager and tech lead of my potential team. It was a smooth process with quick communication on their part and I was constantly aware of what was going on/what to expect next. The interviewers were friendly, laid-back, humble, and made me feel comfortable during the process. They were highly passionate about what they do and had great things to say about the company. The recruiter was also friendly and helpful.
