Interview
Once you checked in, they will take you to a room for personality and basic computer skill test. Then they give you a white board coding question. After you finish this process, a senior software engineer will come and talk to you. They said they offer a 9 weeks probation period to see if you can do the job. The pay is low, and also require a lot of overtime.

The interview felt like they wanted to be like Google. They first had me complete a personality test then there was a rushed interview by someone. After they had me do a 2 hr coding review. Then an IQ test.

Interview
Begins with whiteboard test and computer literacy test (Excel and typing speed), resume review, personality test, IQ test, an interview with an employee, than an interview with the CEO. Process started from 10am to 8pm.
