I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Diligent (Budapest) in Dec 2023
Interview
First round was with a recruiter, pretty nice guy, general questions about experience etc. Second round was with 2 also kind engineering managers, going into more details about past experience, comparing frameworks and design decisions. Unfortunately after this round they simple ghosted me, I've even reach out for the recruiter after 1 month to know the reasons why we didn't proceed, but didn't even get an answer for that.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Diligent (Bengaluru) in Dec 2023
Interview
There were 2 rounds of interview technical rounds. This was for .Net Fullstack developer for frontend they were ok if a developer has angular experience and also Azure experience as well. But they wanted AWS with ReactJS.
1st Round was with a team lead, it was all about behavioral question not a single part related to .Net technical question was asked. Its like have you done this and done that and how have you done it. She was very much impressed with what I have done.
But the problem with this company is requirement. What is that they are looking? They want AWS, ReactJS, Old .Net Framework (.Net Core), Nodejs, TypeScript.
2nd technical round Interview was a manager, again same thing no proper technical question, only behavior question. I dont know what went wrong here they rejected me here.
Out of all the things I got out of here one thing I understood is that they want a candidate with all kinda of experience , forget the tech stack that you mastered all your previous years. They dont give any feedback as well once the interview is done.
