I was sitting and waiting for my interview in the service area. The employees looked miserable. I was sitting there thinking there is no way I can work there. So, I told them I can’t work weekends and of course they didn’t hire me. It was a relief. I was shocked how the co workers talk to each other.

It was a two part interview that lasted a total of 1.5 hours. It was fairly easy to say the least. But I like talking a lot so it didnt seem very long. It may not be like this everywhere .

Interview
The cosmetic Manager, Ops manager, and Store manager are amazing. They made me feel welcome and made me very happy to part of the cosmetic team. I have noticed that all 3 of them are very open to new ideas and look forward to what I can do to my counter.

Got hired immediately they are desperate. Turn around is very high. I should of researched the company. They asked me basic questions. For cosmetics if you have experience you will get hired very easily. I had a total of 3 interviews. 2 on one day and came back for the last.
