The interview process was very pleasant. I was interviewed by an area manager then the store manager. The process lasted and hour and a half. The interviews were very positive and motivating. I was impressed by the managers' background and willingness to share her experience.

It didn't take too long, they would ask questions and getting to know you and if you pass, you will get offered a position from a department. Then you will come back another day for paperwork and a tour around the whole store.
