I applied online. I interviewed at Dillard's (Greensboro, NC)
Interview
Very simple, and easy. Straight to the point. The manager at the time was easy to talk to and nice. I had to go to the third floor at interview in the back where the gift wrapping is.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Dillard's (San Angelo, TX) in Jun 2023
Interview
Very laid back and fast. Took less than 15 minutes. They thought I was coming in to interview for a sales position and so sent a sales manager to interview me. He knew nothing about the position but asked someone in the department to explain the day to day to me.
